2012 ALL FORD DAY - BRISBANE (14 OCTOBER)

This was a great day for Capri owners. It was the largest turnout of Capris in Brisbane this century. There were 13 great cars lined up & all very impressive. 7 V6s, a racing V6, a RS3100, a Mark 3, a 2 litre and my 1600 Deluxe. The wild violet car was judged best Capri.

    This is a line-up of classic luxurious Capri cars. I like it! I used to own a Ford 1962 1500 Ford Capri. It had normal servicing and cost little to own. I only had the hood replaced once within 17 years and the power windows repaired. I always had the thrill of driving it and pretty much enjoyed the years I had with that car. Truly, it was one of the ‘Greats.’
